I searched and searched and could not find, a provider of loans to Canadian universities in the United States only. Seeking to help finance the education of both my undergraduate and graduate.

You can try to bank loans (which I believe is cheaper), or we know Ontario OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program), I believe that all provinces have something similar. Heres a link for OSAP:
